Try the swich and see if you here it trying to move. If not you may have a broken wire runing from the fuse box under the carpet and to the motor. Or a broken ground wire if used.

SOURCE: window stuck down on 1994 ford explorer

while holding the switch in the up position, bang on the middle part of the door panel, if the motor is stuck then this will usually unstick it. but if motor is running then you will need a new window regulator.

02 ford explorer car seat stuck

Try wiggling the switch around for the front to back movement adjustment, if it starts to work at all the switch is the problem, if not the motor is likely defective. The seat transmission assembly is not served with separate parts you must buy the whole assembly if avail at all it cost about $1000.00 from the dealer. If the seat transmission is the problem i suggest you try and locate a good used one at a Ford salvage yard using an on line search engine for used parts. Since these parts are very expensive please do not have any parts replaced until a trained tech has confirmed my preliminary diagnosis

The clicking noise is either from a cable or a cable to the Seat transmission under the seat. One of these parts are stripped out causing the cable to click in the seat transmission

My drivers seat wont move.

check the track for anything that have gotten stuck in it and then check the fuses and if all good the motor could simply be burned out get a 12volt tester and if the fuses are good test to see if you have power while pushing the button because it could be just a bad switch
