See if the noise goes away in a right hand curve, if it does its probably wheel bearing, because you will be lifting weight off it in the turn, also check to see if you have a bubble or seperation in the tire.

SOURCE: front right wheel noise

try driving at 40 and turn left then right back and fourth if its a wheel bearing it should get louder as you turn your steering wheel back & fourth if not it may be a tire you may want to rotate front to rear

SOURCE: When my 2005 Infiniti G35x

One of the front wheels isn't balanced correctly and its vibrations cause a resonance in the suspension at that speeds. You might also have a look at the shocks - if you have fitted new tires their hardness and misbalance might bring out the weaknesses in the shocks : these vibrations might be the first sign the shocks have aged and will soon have to be replaced.
You just need to have all the wheels balanced and the bushings of the suspension inspected at a tyre shop - a 30 minute/$50 simple job.

Likely blown fusible link, or you have interrupted circuit to the ignition switch or tripped security system. Best bet is blown fusible link.

Vibration/Rattling on right side during high speeds

I had a similar problem. The dealer change automatic transmission and differential, but the noise continu. After research on internet i think the problem is the front galiper who create a vibration on the disc wheel and the vibration frequence follow the front axle until interior car. Just press slowly the brake pedal and if the noise stop , that's it the cause i think. I dont change my galiper, but i have a new transmission . :)))

If I recall correctly, this vehicle is front-wheel drive. If so, have a shop (or if you can your self) check the drive axle that delivers power from the transmission to the front wheel. A boot could be ripped.

Your symptoms sound similar to what happened to a friend of mine's vehicle. The sound would come and go.

I hope that helps!
