Question about 1997 Dodge Caravan
If you car is for North American markets... inside the driver's side door panel is the certificate. If the vehicle was made for EU markets, you will need a printed certificate from your nearest Chrysler Dealer. They can pull it up with the VIN and print it out for you so you can have the vehicle imported and registered, if the vehicle complies with the Homologation for it's year of manufacture.
