Low and back lights are on a different fuse. So look for another fuse out.
They may be under the hood or under the dash.

If by "low lights" you mean the other lights on the front of the car that are not the headlights, then the first thing you should check is the fuse box. Because of the possible disaster that a sudden loss of headlights during a drive at night could cause, headlights are often on their own circuit breaker that automatically resets and tries to keep the headlights on if at all possible. The other less critical lights (side markers, running lights, etc.) are fed by more conventional fuses that simply blow and have to be replaced. Of course SOMETHING caused the fuse to blow, so first find the blown fuse, read the label on the fuse box lid that tells you what lights are together on that fuse and then inspect every one of those lights until you find the cause. It can be anything from a corroded socket, to a pinched wire or abraded insulation. The detective work is the fun part of car do repair if you keep the right attitude.

Only one head light works at a time, diferent light in all positions

Most likely the high beam filament is burnt out on your left light, and the low beam filament is burnt out on your right light. My first recommendation would be to purchase a couple of headlamp bulbs, install them and see how they work, then post back if you are still having an issue

My low beams keep shutting on and off but high beams are fine

this could be solved by taking the bulb out of its holder and cleaning the contact of the bulb and holder.
turn the ignition on after this with the bulbs in the holder and plugged in but not in the headlight kitself.Turn the lights on and see if the work if still the same try moving the bulb while on in its older and see if its just loose. if so holding it one way it will work. wedge something something to hold it in place or buy a used bulb holder.
Check the fuses at the same time and the wire plug that powers the bulb. check and clean the contacts of these also
Let me know how it goes and ill help again if it persists.

97 linc town car/ at night the auto head lights turn on. on low beam, works fine then when using turn signal the headlights go out. hit signal arm to high beam, and the lights come on, then i put back on...

You have a bad mutifunction switch or headlight switch is going bad and is over heating then cooling off comming back on Have a mechanic check it cause there are other things that can cause this. Since it's not blowing a fuse at this time I would say the head light switch is bad.

Back up lights come stay on when head lights are turned on

Don't have a schematic on this but likely -problem is from lighting control module... However check that trailer harness is properly installed and did not cause initial problem.
