No fuse, try your speed sensor. There are on the drivers side, one on the tail shaft. The other one is above the gear selector, depending on what transmission you have.

Needs a blower motor resistor if the fan only blows on one speed. It is located underneath the firewall on the outside, near where the passenger exhaust system is. You need to take the passenger side cat converter off to get to it.

Have seen this problem before. You need to look under dash at brake pedal and find a blue switch with plunger contacting pedal, disconnect connector and jump with a peice of wire and drive to see if cruise works and if it does replace deactivation switch this should get you going.
