Question about 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Did you unhook ground or positive . Try unhooking battery again , but both leads . Take both loose from battery hold them up and momentarily touch them to each other then separate them and hook up positive cable first , then negative . Then turn key on and off three times and then start it to see if it corrected your problem .

Maybe a problem with the computer or Body Control Module? Are you drawing any codes or engine light on? If so have it read.
