Just re-charge the battery and then establish what it was, no other way round.

if you did not start engine for a while, battery is most probably flat and may even need to be changed to new one. try re-charge first...

Interior lights on a 1994 Dodge Caravan will not turn off when engine is turned off which drains the battery. Can they be disconnected and how?

You can remove the fuse for the interior lights after you turn van off for a temporary fix.Thinkin there should be some kind of sensor/timer thats gone out,not allowing the lights to shut off after van is shut down and doors closed

Power to everything including sterio but dash while key is out of ignition and will not start when key is in ignition

Might be your ignition switch, or a fusable link from you battery. The switch makes more sense but i have no idea why it would screw up while you were driving. Usuall y that happens when you're starting it or shutting it off.
