Check your fuel pressure. If low, could be fuel pressure regulator, or fuel pump on their last little legs.

Check your vacuum lines and be sure your throttle body is tightened down. Carb cleaner spray can be used to find the leak. Spray it around the lines and gaskets (while the engine is running). If the idle speeds up, you found the area of the vacuum leak and the solution to your problem, possibly.

Check engine light code says i have a lean condition in bank 1. car is idling very rough. possible culprits?

It is most likely your bank one O2 sensor, or a possible vaccum leak, if those two check out ok then check the exaust for leaks.

Rough idle

check you throttle position sensor first then fuel pressure regulator, then fuel pump. i have a 92 and had to recently do a massive overhaul. my rough idle was caused by a malfunctioning tps with a small exaust leak causing it to race and an intake manifold gasket. also check your idle speed adjustment settings.
