You can remove from the underside by removing the lower plastic bumper cover, the torx screws will be more than likley siezed, you then have access to the rad fan unit.i think you can just about remove the fan unit without the radiator or you may have remove the whole lot but you will have to remove the support bar, 4 poss siezed bolts.drain the cooling system first then sort it on your bench, hope this is helpfull,

If it's a tilt front end. You just pull the front clip off. All you have to do is disconect the wireing at the conecter. Lower the hood back down, and remove the hinge bolts. Then find a friend to help lift it off.

The fan module is the big silver box with fins on it, right next to the fans. Just follow the fan cables and you will find it. Don't jumper the fans without unplugging or you may destroy the power transistors in the fan unit. Check the temperature sensor for the fan control unit - near the front of the engine - it should have some resistance - not be short circuit or open circuit, it is a sensor, not a switch. If short or open, that is likely to be the problem, otherwise, ensure that the control units have electrical supply, otherwise, it is very likely to be the control unit.

firestone is very expensive. i have replaced many half shafts and depending on the vehicle, it is much cheaper to replace it yourself. you can probably replace both halfshafts for what firestone wants.
