I took my 2011 Mercedes b200 for a scan. Having transmission problem.

P0794 (not Po794) is a code that indicates an erratic speed sensor (sensor "A") input from the transmission shaft. This can mean the transmission is slipping or the sensor is defective, testing will tell the difference. It has nothing to do with the engine. P0793 (not Po0793) is the same basic fault code as P0794, a erratic output from the shaft speed sensor "A".
P0093 (not po0093) Fuel System Large Leak Detected, this means the fuel tank doesn't hold pressure. There are many reasons for this condition, it takes special testing to determine the actual cause

My lexus rx 330 Vsc and check light is ON. Scan shows codes C1224, 1201 and PO 793. How do I fix it

Fix the P0793 code. Intermediate shaft speed sensor. The others will go away, depending on the year of your car. Any transmission codes and some engine codes will shut down ABS and VSC systems.

2008 Scion xB speed sensor

Most late model vehicles have a speed sensor which indicates how fast the vehicle is moving by reading the output shaft speed on the transmission. The intermediate shaft speed sensor is used to compare the speed of the internal shaft in the trans with the vehicle speed sensor. If they are far enough apart it indicates slippage in the transmission. Code P0793 is specifically a code for the intermediate shaft speed sensor. I believe the problem is related to the intermediate shaft speed sensor. The vehicle speed sensor (vss) usually logs a P0500 code if I remember correctly

code refers to intermediate shaft speed sensor---no signal causes may bewiring---poor connections---short to ground. intermediate shaft speed sensor ECM/TCM I wqould start with the sensor replacing it with a genuine sensor as aftermarket may have different setting and the cpu recognises as faulty still.
