Question about 2004 Ford Ranger
Fuel line clogged, Fuel filter clogged, fuel pump not working. Sounds like you have two of the three conditions needed for a running engine, spark ignition and air flow, the third component is fuel. You are manually feeding it, which means it is not getting on it's own. So, if you are not out of gas, check the fuel flow system. On that model you should be able to turn your key on and hear the fuel pump priming the system before you turn it all the way to start. Hope this helps.

Sounds like a large vacuum leak, low fuel pressure, fuel pressure regulator failure, idle air control valve stuck open, plugged fuel filter. Also check for good consistent blue spark at spark plugs or jumped timing chain.Hope this helps!

there are 2 fuel pumps, a low pressure in the tank and a high pressure on the frame rail. the high pressure pump is probably bad. Check your relay and inertia/cut off switch first.

It could mean a number of different things... faulty maf or map sensor, throttle position sensor, fuel injector leak, etc.
Is there a check engine light on? I would be happy to further assist you if you were interested in diagnosing it yourself.
