How do I remove Mazda B2600 headrest from bench seat

If they are adjustable they should be removeable. . There may be push adjusters to be pushed in that will allow them to be adjustd. These may be in the plastic gromets/washers through which the headrest is fitted to the seat. Pushing and holding this in may release the headrest, just hold it in and pull.

Bothersome Headrest Fix

I just got a 2008 Cobalt and I didn't like the way the headrest tilted my head forward. I found that I could remove the headrest and turn it around. It is much more comfortable that way.

The first step is to lift the headrest to the highest height.
Then insert a paper clip in the little hole on the side of the headrest slide. (You may have to press the realease ad lift on the other side first)
The headrest will then lift out completely.
Flip it around and put it back in.

You will need the paper clip to adjust the height, but this seems like a one time adjustment.

Sorry I think I was meant to type Volvo S60 2.5T 2005. The question was how to adjust headrest for the front passenger seat in this car?

The headrest is not adjustable. It's part of Volvo's safety feature. The seat will recline/pull back and cradle you in case of an accident.

Of course, the downside is that if you don't find it comfortable in the position it's in, you could grow to hate it. Can you lean the seat back a little and raise the bottom cushion a bit to adjust the angle?

Remove headrests

There is normally a push button for adjusting the headrest height. This is the same button that you use to get it off. Sometimes they pull instead of push but you have to do it while pulling the headrest.

How do I adjust the front headrest on my 2009 Lincoln MKS so that they do not tilt so far forward?

I turned my headrests backward. Worked great. In fact, I wonder if the engineers designed them that way but the production guys build them backward???
1) Tilt the seat way back to allow room to remove headrests, 2) Press and hold both headrest release tabs at the same time and have someone else pull out the headrest completely, 3) turn the headrests backward and insert into the two headrest guide slots (headrests fit the same either way). 4) No more pain in the neck !!!
Caution: I do not know what this does for whiplash injury protection but it seems OK for my own comfort with the solution. And it beats the pain in the neck caused by the bass-akwards design.

How to remove headrest of a 1990 lexus LS400 power seats, can you help please!!!

On both sides of the headrest spokes are little adjuster rings. Adjust the headrest up to the highest position. Push down on both of the adjuster rings. While doing that, pull up on the headrest and it will pop right up. Removal of headrest on 2005 Ford F150.

The headrest has on obvious button to adjust the height and another button kinda hidden to remove the headrest. The black plastic ring at the base where the metal poles insert into the seat is where the two buttons. You probably noticed the obvious on that sticks out of the side of one of the rings. The other plastic ring contains a similar button that is not noticeable due to it being flush with the side of the plastic ring. Adjust the headrest to its highest position, then locate the "hidden" button on the other plastic ring and depress it while lifting on the headrest and it should come out.
