Probably a simple fuse blown.
Jumping another car usually won't cause this kind of problem.
Or wiring near Battery is loose or bad connector.
get someone to watch back while you move things near battery.
If that fails.... check the fuse box. a simple test light from ground to each side of the fuses will show a blown one.
