SOURCE: Changing the Head Gaskets

hi Dirk, its easier to remove the harness, i gues your problem could lie with disconnecting the injector connections, to disconnect them there's a locking stainless-steel ring which needs to be moved halfway on one side and then the connector pulled out. and also check for a large connector that can split the harness.

SOURCE: MY FUSO HAS ELECTRONIC FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM.

hi...
electric fuel injection-As you have the elecronic injection the sensor which senses the amount of acelaration given by you may be failed. so it doesnt activates the fuel injection signal so that no required fuel goes into the cylinder when you accelarate.

Over heating

Hi. I assume that you already checked the thermostat valve. I believe that you have a beginning of head gasket problem or a small crack somewhere. The best test for head gasket, even being a time consuming test, is to remove all spark plugs, fill up the radiator, put one cylinder at top dead center, which means the cylinder is in explosion position, install a cylinder leak test hose attachment (from a cylinder leak tester that you can purchase a Harbor Freights) and connect a compressor hose. Observe if air bubbles comes from the radiator. Sometimes it takes longer to show up so be patience. I've had an Honda Civic that was taking over 5 minutes to shows bubbles. If it does, your head gasket is beginning to get bad. Good luck.

Car is over heating we already replace water pump radiator???

the thermostat should have been replaced too, and the cooling system should be checked for circulation-there could still be a blockage in the system like in the heater core. In addition, I assume these items were changed because it overheated-it could have internal damage to the head gasket, head or engine block, causing it to overheat. there are symptoms for these situations, so more information is needed.
