What is the front brake and caliper torque spec for a 2007 Honda fit

Don't be too fussy with torque specs, as long as it's tight you will be fine. Use a breaker bar, not a impact gun as they are unreliable. Torque settings are only really important when building engines (head bolts etc)

WHAT IS THE TORQUE SPECS TO TIGHTEN DOWN THE ROCKER ARM AFTER CHANGING VALVE SEALS AND SHOULD I USE ANY LOCK TIGHT?

Extremely hard to give precise info like torque specifications when I have NOT been given the year, make or model or vehicle! Or at least the engine type and year of the build.

Depending on the engine, the rockers may have to be adjusted and they DO NOT have a torque, they are lock nuts.. again, more info would help..

Looking for torque specs on a mistubishi diesel engine valve cover K3B-16094

Valve covers and pans are really light, you use inch pounds and the spec is 5 to 12 inch pounds.

Do i torque my rocker arms down on '88 caprice w/307 ? if so what is the torque specs on them

The nut is a self locking nut. so there is no torque spec for them. What you do is set a preliminary clearance with the tappets pumped up, then set final clearance/lash when engine is fired up initially.

The engine is started and allowed to come up to operating temperature- put foil over the hole in the pushrod end of the rocker arm to reduce oil spray, nut is backed out slowly until clatter is heard, and the nut slowly tightened until noise just disappears, then the nut is tightened in 1/4 turn steps until 1 full turn in has been reached. At each 1/4 turn pause, allow engine idle to smooth out before proceeding.

Once all valves are adjusted, you are ready to put the covers back on and finish the rest of the assembly.

For initial set point, when building the engine up, make sure the cam lobe is on the heal (no lift) portion of the cam, and pump up the lifter until significant resistance is felt, and tighten the rocker adjusting nut until you you feel actual resistance to turning the pushrod. move to the next valve.

Can the head be resurfaced for a 1999 ford explorer

yes it can be resurfaced, you should, but if you dont have the money to do it, as long every thing looks ok like valve seats, springs, etc try put it back without it, good chance you succeed. bolts must be torque to spec.

2.0 valve torque specs

As a professional with over 30 years experience...I have NEVER torqued a valve. Valves are held in with springs and retainers, not bolts or nuts that are torqued to install.

please rephrase properly
