Question about 1985 Ford F150
Its the head lite switch its a vary complex switch controls a lot of fuctions but vary well made .
I just did mine .I was supprised I got it for 17.00 $ new although I know parts people .
The way to get at it is remove the bolts holding the fuse box push it back .Then you can reach up to the switch .The trick about it their is a button on the side of it push it and the and the knob and shaft pulls out the front of the switch then you can remove the trim and unbolt the switch drop it and disconnect the connecter .
Y ou don't need to push the button to install the shaft it will click in just make sure the reiostat and reluctor are lined up on the switch before you bolt the switch mount bolts because the trim has to go back on before the shaft is installed .
