The 3.3 no longer has a "spin-on" filter. The filter is now a "cartridge-type", and is housed in a cricular aluminum housing under the engine.

Better try getting a boost first. The starter takes far more power than all your lights and fans put together. After that you can determine what caused it to go dead.

All I can tell you is watch the dash display for an indicator light that blinks on with the beep. My car does this when the "ECO" light comes on.

Testimonial: "We did find a message come up on the radio screen and we worked out it was something to do with a car phone kit In car which was installed when we bought it and my husband had ripped out partly but not all of. The irritating beep became an extremely loud persistent noise, but a message did come up so it was very good advice. Thank you."
