I assume it is a wet or dry vac, if not thats your problem. If it is you always take the filter off when you are picking up water with it. B sure 2 put filter back on when sweeping car etc. IF that dont work, take hose off, and run broom handle through the hose 2 see if there is a clog. Good luck................

Manual for craftsman wet/dry vac model 800A?

Just remove the filter. The ball in the center cage will rise with the water and stop the suction when the water reaches the top. The motor will still run, but it won't pick up water when full. Needs to be emptied, then it will vac up more water. Manual: https://c.searspartsdirect.com/mmh/lis_pdf/OWNM/L0909159.pdf

See the upper man vac in picture. Appears to be a main vac source, I'd have to follow one of the other vac lines to its source. If the database is wrong, my bad.

Firewall wattwr hole 97 town&country

This happened to me. The problem is that the drain is clogged. Remove the wipers and the vents under the wipers. You will probably see a lot of dirt and dead leaves in there. use a shop vac to clean the area. Then find the drain hole. There are two of them, one on the left and one on the right both lead to a hose going down on the sides of the engine. Remove both hoses. Clean them out and also clean out the drain hole as well. I used a screw driver to clean them all out. Then with a water hose, pour some water through the hoses and drain hole with a very light pressure. You should see the water going through the drain hole and also see the water going through the hoses that go to the bottom along the sides of the engine. This has solved my problem. This usually happens when you park under trees a lot or the vents are not protected from debris. If in fact the vents do not have a screen on it, then just pick up a role of aluminum screen at Home Depot for under $10. Easily place the screen under the vents with very small screws or just use a staple gun and just cut off the remaining screen. Hope this helps you out. Good Luck!!

How to clean wet carpet in a car atfer a flood. this happen on yesterday in portsmouth, va. We had a storm which resulted in flooding, power outages, and trees falling down. water gotten in my car because...

You can hand shampoo it using clean water then hit it with a shop vac or other powerful wet/dry machine. It will eventually dry out. The problem is that moisture and odors will lay under it. You can take the whole carpet out of the car yourself and use a carpet cleaner, letting it fully dry before reinstalling. Generally this will require removing seats, consoles, and interior trim. If you are not experienced at this and don't have the proper tools, it can be a time consuming chore.

Otherwise contact a car/truck stereo installation shop. I find these folks are reasonable to pay for removal and reinstallation of the carpet and may also cheaply clean it for you.

Lastly you may just get a whole new carpet, look on ebay, and stuff that in there.
