SOURCE: timing chain
Hello par49: My name is Roger and I will answer your question for you. There is no set time to replace a timing chain unlike the timing belt. The chain and gears in your engine are all made of steel. This allows for long durability and extended trouble free driving. Just enjoy driving your car. Should you need further help please just ask. Thank You for using Fix Ya.Roger

SOURCE: How to replace rear signal
the lens assembly is help in with three nuts. A 10mm socket will work to remove them.
Simple pull back the trunk liner to gain access to the nuts. Remove the nuts. Remove the lense assembly from the vehicle. Replace the bulb.

There are 2 different engines that came in the Lucerne in 2006 and I am not sure which one the CXS had. In any case below are pictures of both engines as well as locations. If you have the 3.8 liter (6 cylinder) engine you can add coolant directly to the radiator in the spot marked "A". But on your regular fluid checks you want to make sure that where the "B" is marked that the overflow tank there has fluid up to the line that says "full". If you have the 4.6 liter (8 cylinder) engine the overflow tank and where you fill up the radiator are the same (location "A") so that is the location you would fill the radiator as well as check to make sure there is coolant to the "full" line on the tank on your regular fluid checks, When you look at the pictures below you will understand easier. I hope this helps and good luck.
