SOURCE: 2007 Lincoln MKZ, very intermittent transmission hesitation

This is going to be either a programing issue in the transmission control module or an main control valve body concern. This vehicle is under warranty for 48 months or 50000 miles so I would have my local dealer take a look at it.
Ford has a new techincal service bulletin out on a concern similar to what you are describing. It states that if vehicle has less then 20000 miles to reprogram the PCM and TCM, if it has over 20000 miles they recommend to replace the main conrol valve body. The TSB number is 08-24-01

SOURCE: 2008 MKz - Remove Objects Near Pass Seat

Do you have anything under the drivers seat? Fords will put the airbag module under the seat, if anything is packed around it, it can cause the airbag light to come on. Remove any items around it and check the connectors are firmly in place.

Sounds like tire size is different. Hope rim size is same. The ABS can sometimes react with Traction control counters and when one tire spins at a different rate due to size differences, the Warnings would light up.
Dislodged brake sensors. When jacking or changing tires, sometimes the sensors which plug in can slide out of their positions.

I just had all 4 brakes and rotors don on my 2008 MKZ. The ABS was light was reset but the light keeps coming on even though the brakes feel fine

The ABS light is for the ABS system which uses the hydraulic system but also has its own components.
You would need to have the body computer checked for trouble codes to proceed.

I have a 2008 Lincoln Mkz, when the car is in drive and my foot is on the brakes it vibrates what is causing that.

1.Check to make sure there are no broken belts on the tires, run you hand over your tires to feel for lumps if so you need to replace the tire.
2.Most likely what is causing the issue is your rotor, you need to remove the brake caliber, to do that there are 2 bolts holding the caliber on. make sure it is not warped.
3.You can usually pick up calibers for less then 50 dollars. Hope this helps

Where can i find my 2007 lincoln mkz default door code

There is a tag to the right side of the fuse box behind the emergency brake lever. You will have to remove the plastic cover by sliding the latch back first. I just purchased a 2007 MKX and had the same issue. The 5 digit code was there and worked perfectly.
