Yes --sway bars will help
properly loading the caravan will help also
If it is a trailer then check the location of the axle in relation to the centre of the box of the trailer
It should be 6" to the rear of the box centre for good trailerbility

Towing capacity

Depends what you are towing.

If it is a rolling load a relatively small and low-powered vehicle can tow several tons with little difficulty on a level metaled surface.

For trailers and caravans the towing capability must be married with the noseweight capacity.

Then there is local legislation to consider. Here the towing capability of vehicles make little sense as there are age and fairly severe weight restrictions unless additional medical and licencing conditions are complied with.

It isn't a good idea to tow more than two-thirds of the weight of the towing vehicle...

Ecm? how to diagnose if its failing? will it have a hard time starting? does it have anything to do with how that starter would keep turning over when the key released before but not now?

Its very rare to have an ECM go bad and still have the vehicle start and run.

The vehicle will start itself meaning if you turn the key to the crank position and let go the engine will continue to crank until it start. This is completely normal.

If you have an extended crank condition where it takes longer than normal to start the vehicle especially after a hot soak (the engine is fully warmed up, you swing into target for 20 minutes, and then try to start and it takes longer). This is usually caused by loss of fuel pressure. Two common problems that cause this are the fuel pressure regulator and the fuel pump.

Can you flat tow a nissan rouge behind an RV with all four wheels down

You can as others do although it is not recommended by mechanics like us. The transmission does tend to get hot and the pump is not circulating the trans fluid causing leaks later on prematurely

I need to know what the towing capacity is for my 2000 chevy silverado half ton is?

Tow capacity for that vehicle is about 10.000 lbs (adjusted for wear and age). This number reflects max tow capacity with good tires (proper rating and good condition) with all suspension components in good used condition. The capacity of your tow hitch must also match your load and assumes proper trailer weight distribution and tongue weight.
For best results, I also recommend that you use a good quality synthetic gear lube in the differential and synthetic fluid in the transmission, as well as a trans cooler if not so equipped.

What is the to capacity of a 2006 kia sportage i don't have the owner's manual and want to tow a trailer

Most cars are about 1/2 ton capacity(1000 pounds) Towing a small trailer should be fine as long as the weight at the hitch ball is less than 200 pounds. Load the trailer so the most of the weight is on the trailer not your car.Remember to keep the tire pressure correct on the trailer and your car and give yourself plenty of stopping space as the car will respond slower with the extra weight. Also try to take off kind of slow and easy so you dont over work your cars transmission. An add on type auxillery transmission cooler is recommended.
I hope this info helps you.

I need to know how much weight I can tow and what class hitch.

On the drivers door or in the door jam should be a decal with GVW (gross vehicle weight) on it.From what I have seen with Chrysler transmissions in my past I would NOT tow anything big with it,the trans runs hotter and tends to go out.
