There is only 2 reason for this to happen:
1. The battery must be in bad condition, in which case you should have it check up and if needed buy another one.
2. You car could have a short, meaning that probably there is a positive cable live touching the ground of the car. Therefor leaving your battery flat.
To troubleshoot and find out if it's a short, whenever you are to leave you car without a use for a week, just disconnect the positive cable of the battery, after a week, put it back on the terminal and start your car, if it start, then it's probably a short.

No Electrical power on my 05 V10 Ford Super Duty

The fact that you have disconnected the battery for a month without any form of charghing is risky, as batterries that have been used for a long time and then suddenly disconnected go flat quickly especially in winter or cold months. Have you checked your batterie's voltage to see if it is not flat? Do so if not.The little bit of current left in the batterry will be enough to switch on the CD player's lights as these are merely LED's which only need about 1 to 1.5 volts to work and this is why everything else that uses larger voltages does not work.

Car keeps flatening batterry light and indorcators wont work either

battery may be flat. You can check that with a multimeter.

Next check the alternator. Faulty alternator leads to uncharged battery.

I have a 2001 s80 and was told the hissing sound was the vacuum booster. replacment through dealer was expensive. so i called and found a place much much cheaper. How long do you think i can drive this car...

Vacuum booster is brake assist. when it goes out entirely it will be harder to push the brakes and stop. It could last a year or go out tomorrow. you will still have brakes , but it is harder to stop. Don't let anyone else drive it and give yourself plenty of room between you and the other car.

1998Mitsubishi Diamante keeps stalling when you stop

I have a 1997 Diamante has the same symptoms after the battery went flat. The automatic transmission serviceman said it was the computer controlling the transmission loosing it's program and had to re-train itself. He said there was a procedure for defaulting the computer but is was easier just to drive the car and it would fix itself.
My experience after owning the car for a number of years and several flat batteries is it fixes itself after about 1000 kilometers
