Look on the transmission for plug in connectors. It sounds like one of them lost connection. I would unplug them and re-seat them. It is always possible that they are disconnected on the inside of trans too. By the way these are both transmission codes.

Yes you can see connector from underneath. You may have to get completely under the car. Also look for any connector that plugs into the transmission.

You need to get the codes that are stored before you narrow down the problem. Auto Zone parts store will get the codes out for free. I do not think there is any obligation to buy the parts from them. The part may not be defective. It just may have come loose from hitting the pot hole.

Hit a hard pothole with 2003 Jeep grand cherokee laredo. Immediately stopped. Fuel pump inertia switch?

Never heard of this switch in the fuelpump circuit. Remove the fuel cap and listen if you can hear the pump when you switch ignition on. The pump will run for 3 seconds when you don't start. Hitting the pothole can have dislodged many things, from relays and connectors to a line.

If it is stalling out then it is likely a fault code, take it to any Autozone or O'reilly auto parts store and have them read the fault codes, it is free.

It could be a broken Oil Pump, Is there oil in the engine or when you hit the pothole you could have hit the Exhaust Pipe and broke the pipe causing a Exhaust Leak.

Does this car have ignition diagnostic and if so where do i find the codes

You'll have to "borrow" a Scan Tool to download the error codes. Stop by AutoZone or O'Reilly's. They have tools to use and in most cases it is free...
Scan tool plugs in to a port just below the steering column. Instructions are with tool but you plug it in, turn the key to "ON"...NOT start... hit the "read codes" button and go from there.
