I would say it is a coincidence and something else is wrong or you knocked a vacuum line/wire loose.

If oil level is good than unscrew oil cap and screw it back correctly.
Lean condition due to vacuum leak can cause this problem. Was the air filter checked and maybe the air box was not shut properly and is sucking in air. Look for all connecting hoses on the air intake hose
assembly and make sure they are connected securely. If it is running rough then you should have check engine light on and please let me know the codes. If no codes are present then clean the throttle body which may be sticking. By chance, if for a moment your battery got disconnected then also same rough idle will occur as computer has lost its preset idle position and needs to be relearned the idle setting. Please give me information after all these checks, to help you further. Codes will help a lot to solve your problem.

There would be no reason the oil would make your car run badly unless you way overfilled it or left the plug of and all the oil drained out. Check your oil level. What kind of car is it. What engine, what oil did you use?

Is there anyway to clear the electric throttlebody on my 2011 Buick Lacrosse CX L. It runs but it's real rough

Clear or do you mean clean ? Why don't you take your vehicle an have it diagnosed , instead of guessing what's wrong. There are a lot of thing's that will make a modern vehicle run rough . Electronic throttle body's for GM need special cleaner or you ruin the throttle body . Your vehicle also has VVT - variable valve timing , do you change your oil regularly ? The cam timing is changed by oil pressure . Have the vehicle check for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes .

I have a 1999 Chrysler 300m with 156000 miles on it, i just replaced my oil pump due to the fact i thought it went bad, but little did i know after finishing it, It did not fix my problem. Well that is Car...

Could well be bearings and a lower oil pressure. Are there any codes, or just no power? If No power, then I suggest a rebuild of the engine. If codes, let's figure this out.

sounds like you left something out. check to see if you plugged in all the sensors and plugs, then check for any vacuum lines that were not replaced or may have been broken

Missing, running rough

head gaskets do not "dry out"
running rough indicates injector problems --stale fuel dirty injectors or sticking injectors
run the fault codes to determine fault area
oil around spark plugs indicates that the rocker cover seal under the plug tube is leaking into the plug area
