I have a 1998 Jeep Cherokee I was driving it and quit running the fuel pump quit running and the gas gage stopped working

check your fuel pump relay. if not that, then it's your fuel pump. the gas gauge is in the fuel pump, so if your fuel pump stopped working, your gas gauge won't work

Temperature & gas gauge stopped working

The gauges get their ground from two different sources, but share the same source for power.
I would check the back of the instrument cluster for problems in the wiring or connection.

Gas hand stop working in my 1983 Buick Regal....

This problem is caused by a defective gas gauge sending unit (senses the level of the fuel in the gas tank), the gas gauge sending unit is located inside the gas tank, the gas tank must be removed to replace the gas gauge sending unit.

Go to the fuse box and change the fuse for "Gauges". I think this might solve the problem.

All of a sudden my speedometer and my gas gauge quit working

If it would of been only your speedometer I would of tell you to replace your speed sensor. But in this case you gas gauge stopped working as well so I would recommend taking your whole cluster to a mechanic he will try to fix those two items, otherwise you will need to replace the whole cluster, same thing happened to me. Good luck

My gas gadge stop working is their a fuse for this1993 mercury tr

No, the gauge is mechanical, there is a plunger in youre gas tank that lifts and lowers the gauge based off the amount of fuel in the tank. The gauge might just be loose, you can attempt to take the dashboard off and check but thats a pain, A auto repair can take a look at it for you for cheap.
