Likely the bearings have gone in the fan motor. Isolate the oven at the main switch and reach through the fan grille with a suitable screwdriver and see if the fan wobbles about, if so consult your local appliance shop or a good handyman who knows how to change it.
Parts can be got online but you will need the serial numbers/model/year etc when asking. These are on a sticker on the back if you don't have the original handbook.

Would probably be easier to replace the motor. The bearings in it have probably worn out.

My heater fan is turning on and off, and it sounds horrible when it does work. Is it the resistor pack? I only ask because of the noises.

It is not probably the resistor pack, because that only is in circuit at lower speeds, and would not cause noise.
If there is not something in the fan, like leaves, then it is probably the fan motor bearing.
If you can get at it, you could try lubricating it. Thin sprays get in better, but don't last as long.
Heavy grease is best.

Make sure you check your power steering fluid... if it's even low, it will make a terrible noise...run it on empty too long and your can ruin your power steering pump.

Terrible noises

This would sound like possible differential noises, possibly a spider gear has a broken tooth or other defect. You could raise the backend off the ground (both wheels or one wheel at a time); place shifter in neutral, then have a friend turn one wheel, while the other is held in place (or left in contact with ground). If you get similiar (but probably less terrible), then remove the diff. cover (pan for oil needed), and look for any visible defects. Services of a mechanic might be needed.
