Likely the bearings have gone in the fan motor. Isolate the oven at the main switch and reach through the fan grille with a suitable screwdriver and see if the fan wobbles about, if so consult your local appliance shop or a good handyman who knows how to change it.
Parts can be got online but you will need the serial numbers/model/year etc when asking. These are on a sticker on the back if you don't have the original handbook.
