I believe it will be the line to feed your oil pressure indicator in your dash, you can cut the line ( if you have enough length in it) and remove the olive, which is a small brass fitting that goes over the pipe, if you can't remove it then take the small piece of pipe with the olive on it and buy a new olive and refit it to your engine and you Gould be good to go
