Car not start

The instruments draw only minimal power but the starter draws a whole lot. 100+ amperes.
The click you are hearing is the starter solenoid that only draws a few amperes, which even a very tired battery can supply briefly.
If you know the battery is not very old, it is probably a matter of corroded terminals.
These are located on the battery posts and can be flaky on the other ends of the cables connected to the battery,

You probably need a jump-start and have the battery check at any auto parts store.
If a jump-start doesn't get the engine to turn over, then it is a matter of the cables or a failed starter; the latter can also be checked at a parts store.

Suburban dashboard doesn't work correct wen the car is on the off position the gauges keep the position like is the car running

Depending on the year of your Suburban the gauges may not have return springs on the needles, so when you turn the key off they will probably stay where they were when key was turned off. To tell if they don't have springs just watch them the next time you turn the key on. If they go to zero and then jump all the way to the other end of the scale no matter what the scale is, then back to zero, that is a self check and they don't have springs on the needles to return them to zero. These types of gauges started into use in the 1987 model year for the Suburbans...

Car won't start . Clicking noise wen key is turned

It's your starter. Find location of your starter. By the flywheel. Then. Bang on it . Your car will start. You still need to replace the starter.
