Assuming you can't find access to the headlights, like a lot of newer cars, then try this:
If you don't have access to the lights under the hood. Look around the headlights outside. There must be a screw on or under the headlight mount. maybe under the bumper.

But if you have access to the bulbs now, then use gloves to replace the bulbs if they are the newer hot bulbs. A finger print on those bulbs can cause it to explode.
Some bulbs twist and turn out, others just pull out straight.
Hope this helps.

There is a light cover in front of the battery... take this off and then look for the metal clamps holding the light housing in.  (I say clamps, but they're more like glorified paper clips on either side of the fixture.)  Press in on each side, pushing the clamps towards each other and pull the fixture out.

thought i already answered this... must have been for someone else... you should be able to access the bulb from within the engine compartment... if it's on the side of the battery you may have to remove it. do not touch the bulb with your fingers as that shortens the life of it.

SOURCE: I cannot move the passenger side headlight out to change the bulb

I had this happen to me. It does come out just like the owners manual says but what it doesn't tell you is how hard it is for the assembly to come out. I thought I was going to brake it before it popped out, but I was so mad I didn't care anymore. I had dirt and grime binding in the assembly. Once I had it out I cleaned it up and it went back into place with out any problems.

SOURCE: 2001 subaru outback headlight not working

chapmnfarm: your head lights use a "2" fuse system.
one for the left and one for the right.
The fuse box you are looking for is under the hood on the passenger's side. It is a black box roughly 8 inches long and 4-5 inches wide. When you remove the cover, you will see fuses and relays. What you are looking for is the section in the box which has a cluster of 7 fuses. 3 in one row and 4 in the other. On the outer parameter are two relays. The fuses you are interested in are located in the row of 4 fuses, with the two closest to the "L" shaped part of the box. Both of those should be 15 amp fuses.
The fuse below those should be a 20 amp which is the lighting switch and the one below it is a 15 amp which is for the interior lights and the clock.
Check your harness grounds in the engine compartment near the area you have the problem. There are ground wires which come out of the harness on both sides of the core support. The wires are black in color and have "EYES" crimped onto the ends of the wires. Both of them will probably be located about 4-6 inches below the upper tie bar on each side of the radiator. Odds are that the eyes will be large enough to pass a 6mm bolt through.
I hope what I have given you will resolve your problem. Lem me know,,good luck>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Driver headlight not working and changed the bulb

Check backshell of connector and make sure there is not corrosion inside of connector. Wire could also be broke. Right and left headlights are on same fuse and run through same wire. I would suspect no current to connector.

1996 chrysler concorde, how to take off the inner tie rod?

I used this website: http://www.allpar.com/fix/intrepid-steering.html It worked perfectly. To add to it, I used a tie rod puller tool rented from Oreilly Auto Parts for only a few bucks, to press the old bushing out of the inner-tie-rod end. Worked very well. Easier than removing the entire tie rod, and hammering it out. However, removing the entire tie rod would make re-assembly easier. If I did it again, I would strongly consider removing the driver side tie rod from the car, then attaching the inner tie rod end 1st. Meaning, attach the passenger side inner tie rod 1st, then the driver side inner tie rod with new bushing, then re-attach the drivers side outer tie rod. That would probably be the easiest way on this 1996 dodge concorde, due to the fuel line that's in the way....
