Air the tires down first .If it didn't do this before you had the new rims and tires it shouldn't do it now .
Check the pressure in the rears then read the side of the tire it will say what the pressure is supposed to be .
Sometimes disreputable places create problems to drum up bisness

Replace the rear struts. This will fix your bounce.

Testimonial: "I figured that was it. but didn't know if it had to do with that air pump."

It could be if air ride, Seen them both ways. first check the leveler and make sure it isn't broken. Also the fuse for the pump. I would make sure the pump worked before getting new ones.If the pump is shot and the struts are bad, you may won't to go with standard ones for the costs.

replacing the rear shocks will fix your problem,, you can't see it when your driving, but the back tires are bouncing all over the place, which will give the effect that the car is trying to fishtail, having bad CV joints at the axles will try and turn the front end from side to side also, which would make the problem even worse ,,

My vitz 1999 model runs fine on a smooth road but when driving on a bumpy road the car is so unstable goes up and down so much as if wanting to overturn

bounce a corner of the car to see if you have more than a bounce and a rebound,if more, then fit new shockers, always in pairs, front and rear.

Dodge 1500 front end problem

How about the shocks and possible hugh air pressure in tires? When you push down on front end the body should return without bouncing. Hard tire won't absorb road shock. Give those two a look at.. good luck
