I have a 1997 chevy blazer. the reverse isn't working the forward gears work just fine. do I need a different transmission?

Does it have a automatic or manuel trans? You said gears, manuel trans, possible shift fork, syncro, anyway you will need
some serious work done to it....rebuild it or replace it.....

Driver seat stuck

Shoot lots of penatrateing oil on rails Like liqued wrench or blaster let soak over night apply more in morning than work on moveing seat. if they are electric check fuse , check for power at motor if power exists replace motor if seat is manuel and you still cant move it unbolt seat and replace from local junk (recycleing)yard.

Central locking (not remote) failing on passenger door. Can't lock it at all. The button moves, but you can still open it. Thanks

remove door panel and inspect for dirt and cloged up manuel push button. also check and see (with panel off ) if the lock mechanism is moving the rods inside the door!

I have a 91 F-350 That bogs down at 45 mile per hour and real bad if your pulling a trailer

the culprit could be your fuel filter or the vacuum advance on your distributor.i recomend to replace filter and also do a manuel check of vacuum advance on distributor.
