Maybe try AutoZone, sometimes they are very helpful at finding out a problem. Could be as simple as a flasher unit.

Why is my 2008 chevrolet uplander's turn signal does not making clicking sound , but the signal lights are working.

Did you put a aftermarket radio in ? The clicking sound comes out the driver side speaker . It's generated by the BCM body control module .
Turn Signal Lamps
The STOP/TURN fuse in the instrument panel (I/P) fuse block supplies battery positive voltage to the body control module (BCM) for the turn signal lamps. When the turn switch is placed in the left or right position, ground is applied to the BCM on the left or right turn signal switch signal circuit. The BCM then applies voltage to the appropriate front and rear supply voltage circuits.
Grounds for the various lamps are as follows:
• G100 supplies the right front lamps
• G101 supplies the left front lamps
• G400 supplies the right rear lamps
• G401 supplies the left rear lamps

Your best bet would be to take it to a qualified repair shop before you start replacing parts , like the BCM ,which would need to be programmed at the dealer or other thing's will stop working too .

Issues with turn signal in my 2001 Oldsmobile Alero. Hazard lights and right/left turn signal emit a very loud buzzing, then gets stuck. It does not work most of the time, or when it does, it buzzes...

Sounds like you have a bad multi-function switch or signal switch they are the same thing. This will fix the cruise control but, your other problem is your hazard warning switch replace it to.This will fix both of your problems.P.S you can get both of these from www.rockauto.com for less than $60.00.

Let's see if there is really a diagnostic expert out there for this... 1996 Plymouth Voyager 3.3L engine with 165,000 miles. I'm having intermittent starting problems. I can drive for weeks and no...

The way to approach this sreies of issues is to first remove the remote start/alarm from the equation and restore the vans electrical system back to original. From there, if it persists, we can do more trouble shooting. Let me know and I can walk you through the process. This is definately a problem that does require a diagnostician. Thank you for the level of detail you provided!

Buzzing sound from under dash when engaging turn signal for right turn. No problem when making left turn. bulbs are all ok. fuse is ok. any suggestions?

I believe the problem lies within the hydrochromatic gauge located under the steering capacitor. But I don't see why you use your turn signal anyway, when it just burns out the bulb.
