Charlie is right. Just don't look for fuses. Replace the turn signal switch.

By "dipped" headlamps, do you mean the "low" beam headlamps? If so, the dimmer switch [located on the turn signal stalk] may be bad. Have you checked for power to the low beam wires at the headlamp electrical sockets? BMWs, unlike most cars, do have fuses for the headlamps, so yes, it is possible that those fuses have blown.

Headlights do not work.

from the diagram I looked at, voltage to headlamp switch is hot all the time. The headlamp switch has an internal circuit breaker. When you turn on headlamps, the voltage goes from headlamp switch to dimmer switch then to the headlamps. You could have problem with dimmer switch?

Is there is a fuse to control just dipped headlights as i have replaced bulbs and still have no dipped but have got main Thanks Terry

Depends on car. On BMW, lights are controlled by the infamous LCM light control module. Model up through 1994 are notorious for failure at the worst possible times. Other older cars with the dimmer switch mounted to the floor, the switch can go bad and cause this. Most now include a headlamp relay and some do have separate fuses for high and low.

My headlights both went out while driving at the same time. Is this a headlight fuse issue?

REPLACE THE HEADLAMP DIMMER SWITCH IF THE HIGH BEAMS WORKS ONLY. IF ALL NOT WORKING YOU HAVE A FAULTY HEADLAMP SWITCH THE FILAMENTS IN THE HEADLIGHTS ARE THE FUSE. THEY BURN OUT WHEN THE TUNGSTEN ELEMENT GIVES OUT

05 altima 3.5 r/f headlight does not work replaced

There should be a main fuse box under the hood. The headlights have a main fuse for each side. There should be one for the left and right headlamp. Check the fuse for the r/f headlamp. If it is blown, then that is the cause for the headlamp not to work. Replace with a new fuse and it should be good to go. If not, check the bulb itself.

I'm looking for the fuse identifier for a dipped headlight on my A4.And any troubleshooting advice id welcome. Thanks.

For Audi A4 the fuse box is located on the left side of dashboard behind a plastic cover (for left hand steering wheel vehicle). On inner face of the plastic cover you will find the fuse diagram.
First fuse on first row from left upper corner is Fuse Nr.20 = F20 (15A) - RH headlamp low beam, headlamp adjustment.
First fuse on second row from left upper corner is Fuse Nr.21 = F21 (15A) - LH headlamp low beam, headlamp adjustment.

Replaced headlight with a new one and headlight

If the headlamp burned out it would be more than likely that there is a blown fuse , there is a fuse each for the high and low beams.
