Question about Dodge Ram 2500
I believe this is a diesel. The flashing means that there is water in your fuel filter at the bottom. Water in the diesel injection pump is a death sentence. You need to drain the water immediately until fuel starts comeing out. There should be a water drain on the bottom of the filter housing and hose to collect the drainage in a can. You may need to do this for a number of weeks until you are sure the water is gone. Do you have a locking fuel cover or cap? If not I would invest in one. Is the cap new enough to be sure no water is getting into the tank? Do you have other ways water might be getting into the tank? There may be a fuel pump access port with a plate and gasket on the top of the tank but recessed so water can accumulate there. The Gasket may be bad and water from the road is getting in that way.

You need to take this to a shop. a flashing check engine light means that what set the light is causing harm either to the engine or the emission system. the lose of oil could be the truck burning oil if you have checked for oil leaks and have not found any.

P1361 TDC Sensor Intermittent Interruption (I got this from Engine-Light-Help.com)
TDC should mean Top Dead Center.
It is the sensor that tells the computer the #1 cylinder piston is at the very top. And therefore, fires the spark plug.
Since the maintenance done above, I believe the the timing marks for the timing belt is not lined up properly. Being off by one tooth will cause this problem.

A multi misfire may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
Faulty spark plug or wires, Faulty coil (pack), Faulty oxygen sensor(s), Faulty fuel injector(s), Stuck/blocked EGR valve / passages, Faulty camshaft position sensor, Defective computer.
The engine is stumbling or hesitating, check all wiring and connectors that lead to the cylinders (i.e. spark plugs). Depending on how long the ignition components have been in the car, it may be a good idea to replace them as part of your regular maintenance schedule. I would suggest spark plugs, spark plug wire, distributor cap, and rotor (if applicable). Otherwise, check the coils (a.k.a. coil packs). In some cases, the the problems were faulty fuel injectors.
Random misfires that jump around from one cylinder to another (read: P030x codes) also will set a P0300 code. The underlying cause is often a lean fuel condition, which may be due to a vacuum leak in the intake manifold or unmetered air getting past the airflow sensor, or an EGR valve that is stuck open.
Good luck and hope this information helps, keep me posted, be glad to help you get the truck running 100% again. Not sure if your running a K&N air filter, and if you are there may be a flim of oil on the MAF sensor that is making you run lean. You may want to spray down the MAF sensor with a can of MAF cleaner.
