Question about 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
I have a 2003 silverado i have no turnsignals and no 4 ways i/ve changed the turnsignal switch, the relay, and checked the bulbs, the relay is pulseing, but no lights, the brake lights work, and no dash turning either ?
I am just guessing at this one but you might want to check the headlight switch that turns on the headlights. Sounds like you changed just about everything else. The turn signals I believe are on a separate circuit from the brake lights. In addition you might want to check for a broken wire to turn signal harness

You have to use a voltmeter and start tracing the wiring starting at the taillights. Check for 12 volts working your way up the wiringf to the front of the vehicle
