Question about Chrysler Cars & Trucks
Broken wires or all the regulators are bad. The wires break at the drivers side door jam. Open it and look for the boot from the door to the car. Pull the boot out of the vehicle side and inspect the wires. When I find broken wires, I connect there(solder) and run new wires in the door. Much easier to repair.

It is probably not fuses. Your car has an actuator in each door. I'm guessing you are having trouble with only one window. The actuator for that window will need replaced. You only need to replace the bad one, not all 4 doors.
