Hi if you are asking which sprocket gose on which camshaft,dont they have inlet and exurst on camshaft sprocket

Yes, a machine shop is the best way.
A warp can be so slight that you won't see it with out the proper equipment.
Just make sure to tell them, you want an estimate before anything is done to it.
If it is warped, they can do a shave to straighten it.
They can also check your valves and valve seats while it is in there.

This is the same as a Ford Escort 1.9, the #1 cylinder should be all the way up. To confirm- the crak shift mark should be on zero which is Crank Shift Center- THe camshift sproket should align with the headmark. Make sure both marks don't move. Align the belt- not too tight , not to loose

In a "Nut Shell":
Purchase a top end gasket set for your engine, open the hood, disconnect the battery, remove intake components (filter, breather, linkages, fuel line, manifold, etc...), remove valve cover, remove head bolts in a cross pattern, take head to machine shop to have head resurfaced, clean mating surface on block, install new head gasket and reverse order to reassemble.
Otherwise, for more specific/accurate instruction get a good shop manual for your engine.
