Take to your favorite autoparts store, ask them to read any error codes. I would guess you have some rubber hoses that are leaking air into the system. I'd replace all the small hoses to make sure I didn't have a similar problem later on. A more extreem problem will be leaks in gaskets in the air intake system. Possibly the intake manifold, or Throttle body connection to the Intake manifold. Spray water all around these connections. slowly, noteing any change in engine speed or behavior. if there is any change, more than likely you will need to change the gasket. or have a reliable mechanic replace, but have him double check this is the problem.

SOURCE: When the car get above 40 miles per hour ( Highway

It sounds like one or both of the drive axle inner joints are worn out. This condition will give a very pronounced vibration on acceleration only and will be worse with increased speed.

SOURCE: TOYOTA COROLLA KICKS AT 10 MILES PER HOUR WHEN ACCELERATING

Hi. the car is kicking due to the 1st to 2nd gear upshift in the transmission. Corollas are famous for this kind of behavior when it comes to the transmission. Some of them kick when upshifting, some of them downshifting, And some of them make a humming sound when they do so. It doesn't mean the trans will fail. Just make sure you do the usual fluid checks, and as long as it still look purple, you'll be fine.

SOURCE: Front end problems

You seem to have more than one problem, first of all the balding tire you have a negative camber problem that can be adjusted by getting a wheel alignment done. The shaking problem while applying brake could mean that you have bad/warped front rotors. It can also mean bad Tie rods. Lastly it can mean that the front tires needs to be high speed balanced. Good Luck

Front end of car stutters and shakes when applying brakes at speeds exceeding fifty miles per hour

sounds like the front rotors are warped, sometimes they can be machined as long as they are within the minium thickness. I hope this helps, good luck

The brake rotors are warped. Have the rotors turned and replace the brake pads.

As im pressing on the break from going about 45 mph the steering wheel shake as do the whole car could it need an allignment

that seems like you have a warpped rotor. If you need an alignment your car will veer to one side of the road or the other when you let go of the steering wheel at those speeds. Another way to test your front brakes for braking problems is to let loose of the steering wheel at about 35 miles per hour and press the brake quite firmly. If your car really veers right or left then, you know your problem is in the brakes. As a note, about 70% of your braking power comes from front rotors. But the shaking you are describing sounds like you could use a brake job. Pads and rotors are very inexpensive to purchase and rotors these days are not worth having turned...just buy new ones. If you are somewhat mechinically inclined, you can do a complete pad and rotor job for about 150 bucks saving yourself hundreds of dollars vs. having someone do it for you. Please let me know how everything turns out.
