Fuel delivery system most likely. It may be flooding if you need to wait for a restart. Which would mean too much fuel and probably bad fuel injectors or their control system. Fuel pump, fuel filter, It may have a fuel pump and fuel pump relay. Fuel injectors may be a problem or their controlling system.

Remove the air idle control valve on the side of the throttle body clean it and reinstall it will run smooth again.
