The fuel pump relay gets power from the ECM B fuse, and the relay should be on the firewall or the fender.

Where is the fuel relay switch on a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am

It should be in the main fuze box under the hood or in a separate box for relays.
Why do you ask? Have you got a startup problem?
When you crank, you should, or a helper, be able to hear the pump running under the gas tank. A high pitch whirring / buzzing. If you locate the relay you should be able to feel it click when someone cranks up. It may be fuzed separately so check that.

My 2004 grand am will turn over t not start...fuel pump?

Check the fuel pump relay. It will be under the hood in the fuze box or in a separate box of relays for lights aircon etc. It may be independently fuzed but the underside of the lid should help. If you don't feel it click on startup see if there is another the same for lights etc and temporarily swap them.
When you crank you, or helper, should be able to hear the pump running under the car near the gas tank. A high pitched whirring / buzzing noise.
If you have the knowledge to carry out this task carefully, then slightly release 1 of the fuel injector connections, have a rag ready and see if fuel is released on cranking. Use a connection as far away from the ignition leads / coils etc to reduce risk of fire. The pump could be putting out 40+ psi so take care!!
If there is pump noise and fuel emitted then the next thing is the cold start system which also has a relay, you should be able to feel both relays(pump and cold start) click with your finger on them when helper cranks up. The cold start system runs for a few seconds until the engine has established enough warmth to continue running.
Come back to us if you are still in trouble, try and note everything its doing or not doing?

Engin cranks but want start,no power to the fuel gauge or the fuel pump, nor the injectors

The power comes from the ECM to the fuel pump and the injectors. These is a seperate fuse box under the hood for these items which will also house the relay for fuel pump. Start there and ensure your fuzes are good and your relay is switching. Some of the relays are the same to you can interchange them to make sure your fuel pump relay is working.

if you really have a carburetor as you say, you have a mechanical fuel pump so you will not have a fuel pump relay. if you have fuel injection then you do have a fuel pump relay, need to know which engine it is to help more.
