My wipers worked fine yesterday and now they don't, it doesn't even make a sound.I checked the fuse inside and it's good but I don't know how to tell if the one under the hood is good

check for power at the wiper motor. If power at the wiper motor but no wiper action then replace the motor. if no power at the motor then use a jumper wire and put power to the motor. Does motor run? if so check for open circuit in the wire someplace.

I just pulled out every fuse one by one to see if they were broken and I found one that was broken and replaced it and now my windshield wipers work.

You might have a bad wiper motor, you can try checking for voltage at the wiper motor connector, if your getting voltage at the connector replace the wiper motor.
