SOURCE: Fuel filter and oil filter location on Bmw 320 td copact

If you removed the camshaft cover, you should probably replace the gasket or at a minimum insure that all bolts are torqued to OEM specification.

Look here for instructions and pictures for the oil change.

The fuel filter is located on the bottom of the car, not sure which side, under a shield. Look here for pics and instructions.

Hope this helps!

SOURCE: I changed the battery in my 1999 Daewoo Musso. Now

Did the battery cables touch or did the battery arc? If so, you could have very possibly blown a fusible link that runs off the battery. They are enclosed in a thin plastic covering. You may want to check this, Also make sure cables and battery are getting a metal to metal contact.
