Get someone to push the gas pedal down and release and you look at the engine compartment. do you see anything moving? That would be where your trottle is located.

I found this picture, if that is correct? Probably a three wire connector, ref voltage--ground--signal. I did see another picture, I wasn't sure? This picture said dfi.

Where is the Engine Throttle Position Sensor located in my 2007 Cadillac DTS

It is located in the throttle body assembly . Your vehicle has electronic throttle control .
Throttle Body Assembly
The throttle body assembly contains the following components:
?€¢
The throttle blade

?€¢
The throttle actuator motor

?€¢
The throttle position (TP) sensor 1 and 2

The throttle body functions are similar to a conventional throttle body with the following exceptions:
?€¢
An electric motor opens and closes the throttle valve.

?€¢
The throttle blade is spring loaded in both directions and the default position is slightly open.

?€¢
There are 2 individual TP sensors within the throttle body assembly.

Oh yea it has two TPS - throttle position sensors ! An you have to replace the whole assembly !

My 2003 chevy truck goes into limp mode and pulls code PO220.Where is the tps sensor located?

Symptoms - Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light)
- No throttle response Possible Causes - Harness or connector (The TP sensor circuit is open or shorted.)
- Electric Throttle Control Actuator (or Throttle Body Motor)
- Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor (APP) P0220 Description Electric Throttle Control Actuator consists of throttle control motor, throttle position (TP)sensor, etc. The throttle position sensor responds to the throttle valve movement.
The throttle position sensor has the two sensors. These sensors are a kind of potentiometers which transform the throttle valve position into output voltage, and emit the voltage signal to the ECM. In addition, these sensors detect the opening and closing speed of the throttle valve and feed the voltage signals to the ECM. The ECM judges the current opening angle of the throttle valve from these signals and the ECM controls the throttle control motor to make the throttle valve opening angle properly in response to driving condition.
When is the code detected? An unexpected voltage from the TP sensor is sent to ECM.

Check engine light came on diagnostic said it was throttle position sensor i need to find out where it is located so i can replace it

The throttle position sensor is located between the air filter box and the intake manifold. If you aren't familiar with engines, the air filter box is usually located behind the driver's side headlight. There is a rubber tunnel that runs from the air box to the intake manifold. Between the rubber tunnel and the intake manifold you will find the throttle bolted to the intake manifold. The sensor is located on the throttle.
