SOURCE: how do i bleed the clutch on a 2009 nissan versa

you need an assistant firstly ,then a longish bar ,now make sure resevoir is filled then get assistant to push donw on clutch then holding the pedal down pull the clutch arm back in and tighten the bleed nipple then repeat and about three times is enough ,then you will see the clutch arm operating if the clutch doesnt work and the arm is operating then suspect a clutch fault

SOURCE: I need to bleed the clutch on a 2008 Freightliner

Need two people to do it. Fill master cylinder pump up the clutch pedal and hold it while some one opens the bleeder valve. Hold the pedal down until fluid or air stops flowing, close valve and repeat the process until you got a good clutch pedal.

How do I bleed a 2008 Nissan X Trail 6-speed dual clutch?

if it has an external slave cylinder , bleed it at the bleed screw
If it has a composite slave cylinder( one that is inside the bell housing) there will be a bleed screw attached to the outside of the housing on on the end of a hose on the outside of the bell housing.
either way bleeding process is the same for an external slave cylinder.

Nissans have a problem with bleeding clutches as would normally be done
I suggest that you take it to a brake shop and have it bleed using a pressure bleeder

2008 nissan versa accessory plug not working

Typically with an accessory plug, there would be a few quick trouble shooting methods. First, check the fuse, if you pull off the fuse box, the diagram will show you exactly where it is. If you change the fuse, and it is still not working, physically look inside the cigarette lighter plug And make sure there is no evidence of rubbish, corrosion or burning. If there is, it is time to replace the plug.

Good luck,
chris

How do i bleed the clutch on a 2009 nissan versa

Well, you size the wrench needed for the bleed valve on the slave cylinder, mounted on the transmission housing 8 or 10 mm in most cases. Make sure the clutch reservoir is full, and kept full. Then you'll need a trusted assistant to work the pedal-one who will understand the reasoning and procedure behind bleeding a hydraulic system of air trapped inside the lines-it hinders hydraulic pressure on the clutch fork to make the clutch work at all. I say trusted because you dont wanna make it an unpleasant experience (I've participated in quite enough of those videos!) Patiently explain that the clutch pedal should be depressed slowly and steadily to the floor after you have opened the bleed valve and kept depressed to the floor until you have closed the valve. So just as the pedal starts traveling down, open the bleed valve, fluid is forced down through the line and out the open valve. Best if you close it just before the pedal reaches the floor-as soon as pressure is let off, air has a chance to re-enter through the open valve, so close it quick. A couple of times should do it-when you have a steady stream of fluid, no more air, and you know the line is bled of any possibility of air, then finish tighten the bleed valve, not too tight. Check the reservoir again, and take your trusted associate to dinner.

you bleed a hydraulic clutch the same way you bleed a brake system and it uses brake fluid as well.you keep bleeding until there is no more air in the clutch system.there should be a bleeder screw on the clutch slave cylinder that is were you bleed the clutch from.
