What is the black box for under the driver seat?

They have fuses, not circuit breakers

I think that more than likely wher eit draws the power in the fuse box the circuit feed to the fuse is burnt out ,this is often a strip on the back of the fuse box that runs across the frrd to the fuses so check for a feed in the fuse box on the fuse for the power seat

You MAY have 2 depending on what options you may have, I know the Extended version has 2. The main one is under the hood on the drivers side. You'll see a rectangular black box . If you're standing over the right front drivers tire, it will be right under you against the fender. Push two clips in with your fingers and it will pop up and out.

The other one you May or May not have is under the rear seat, drivers side rear seat.

There are 2 fuse boxes..

first one is under the hood on the driver side (black cover )

second one is under the driver's side second row seat (tilt the seat forward and you'll find it (black cover)

Check your fuses first. Then check to see if you have power to the box under seat. It should be about 3x3 and black I think. If you have power to the box change the box. To check use a test light. make sure the key is on and the button is pushed then probe the wires going to the box. Hope this helps you.

Fuse box access is right beside your "hood release lever" down by your left foot while in driver's seat. Left kick panel area... Not aware of a black switch under steering wheel.

Under the rear seat, drivers side.
Black box you will need to remove the cover.

Hello, nothing to my knowledge is factory. After market music AMP or security system? Any markings remaining on box? Perhaps followings wire down to where it goes could be of help. Does the car still run okay?

Under the Hood Drivers Side You will see a black plastic box
which holds the computer. Right in front of the fuse box, Two sets of wires comming out of it.
It needs to be removed ,the whole box it unsnaps , Under it is a larger black cover, under that you will find the battery.
