You have an allergic reaction to something, maybe seafood you ate?
As long as the area of your lips, tongue, and neck is not swollen you are not in danger from this now.

See a pharmacist and ask for a strong anti-histamine. There are types which do not cause drowsiness, but heed any warnings about not driving or operating machinery.

If there is no prompt improvement see a doctor as there may be some other cause at work.

It would be useful to have a doctor investigate this with a test kit to find out the cause, as in future you should be careful of anything which causes swelling on the face and neck like that.

If you ever do get allergic swelling in that area again, especially the lips and mouth, go to emergency immediately.

REMOVE AND REPLACE SPEEDO FACE
How to remove the speedo face
Undo the 4 screws that hold the black cover in front of the speedo. Pull the cover off. Undo the 4 screws that hold the instrument cluster. Lift out the cluster. Disconnect the 2 or 3 mulit-plugs from the back. Remove the black panel that hold the glass (push clips). If you don't have the proper tool, use 2 metal spoons to lift the needle from the speedo face. You use the bowl of the spoons on the needle and press on the handles. (It's easier than it sounds.) Undo the 2 screws that hold the speedo face on. Lift it off. Fit the new face.
How to zero the needle on a new speedo face
Fit the speedo unit (without the glass) back into the dash, with all wires connected into the back of it.
Don't fit the needle-stop post to the speedo face yet.
Switch the ignition on. Fit the needle in the zero position.
Now fit the stop-post and glass.

Remove the oil filler neck, you can then lift up on the front of the cover, it interlocks with a rear mount, just lift up and pull out.

Really need the year of the truck. If you follow the top radiator hose down to the engine intake manifold, there you will find a 70* neck. There will be two bolts holding this down, one on the left and the other on the right. The one on the right may also have the ground wires for the alternator, so be careful when you remove those not to break them. First drain the coolant completely, then remove the 2 bolts that hold the neck, lift up on the pipe and you will see the thermostat under that neck.

you should be able to pull the back seat up and see 2 litte hacks in the floor it should be the one on the passgern side undo it and lift up be carful of gas

Follow the upper radiator hose to where it connects to the engine. That's the water neck, the thermostat is under it. Remove the 2 bolts holding the water neck in place and lift it off and you will see the thermostat.

. The EGR valve is located in front of the oil filler neck. All you need to do is remove the electrical wire from the top of the valve, there is a clip on the connector so don't try and pull it off without lifting the clip. Once the wire has been disconnected, just unbolt the two bolts holding the EGR valve on. Thats it.

The oil filler neck is at the top of the engine, on the cam cover towards the RH side as you face the engine.

follow your top radiator hose towards the motor,youll see a neck where the hose connects on to,there will be two bolts holding it down,unscrew the 2 bolts and lift up the neck and theres the thermostat,if this helps please vote me a fix ya

You can lift the bed off, but you'll have to disconnect tailights filler neck, etc anyway, ,so why wouldn't you drop the tank.
