You are going to have to diagnose the issue by listening to were the noise is coming from with an Automotive stethoscope.
Throw out bearing generally makes noise when the clutch is pressed in, this noise will be inside the bell-housing. But it can make noise all the time, it drastically changes when pressing on the clutch though
Pilot bearing is inside the crankshaft, and will only make noise when the the clutch is pressed in as well, but will be on the engine side of the bell housing. Unless is it drastically worn, or missing, then the shaft of the transmission will be out of alignment and it will cause a rattling sound.
Transmission noises will be heard from the trans itself using the stethoscope, Make sure you check the fluid, and if you put it up on jack stands and run it you will likely hear the noise move inside the case as you go through the gears.
If you can't afford $10 for a stethoscope, you can use an empty paper towel roll, place it to your ear and it will channel sound from a single location, or use a solid metal bar to touch surfaces with, all three methods work very well for me
The problem was not the clutch
It may be a throw out bearing but normally the noise gets worse under the load of pressing on the clutch
I suspect that it is an input shaft ( clutch shaft) bearing that is failing
Throw out bearing may be the problem. Check with your Nissan parts supplier for details on how to replace it.

Try leaving your cell phone at home and driving around. Cell phones and other devices many times will try using speaker wires as an extension of their antennae which is RF interference and therefore the sound of this crackling can go through your speaker system. This can happen at home or in a car.
SOURCE: when clutch pushed in it makes high pitched squeel
Im a mechanic, i think you will find it will be the clutch release bearing on the clutch fork, when you push the clutch in it will push the fork which will push the clutch release bearing onto the clutch plate which rotating with the engine revs
SOURCE: Sudden clutch failure
Sounds like you have a leak .... a bad master/ slave cylinder .... that car has a hydraulic clutch system you may see oil dripping, much cheaper than a new clutch ... pumping it may help shift until it empties out entirely ... check the reservoir ...
