Torque is about 10 foot pounds...I never use this number...It's more important to use a cross pattern so one side doesn't get tightened fully before the other. Tighten each bolt hand tight (lightly) then repeat...use a nut-driver (looks like a screwdriver with a socket end) to tighten...that way you can't really pull them down too tightly. Make sure that you do not tighten so much that you can see the gasket squeezing (bulging) out. Don't use any glue on gasket...the smallest amount can break free and cause huge problems inside the unit. After re-filling and running, check for any leaks and tighten any bolts necessary. On my own stuff, I re-check again after about a week, just to check for any seepage.
