Replace driver door master switch

check the air actuator door hoses your under dash vent doors are not working

If you never have worked on a car or inside a door,
then a repair shop

I would say if it goes down, it works, at least the motor
That leaves a failed switch in the up position or broken
window regulator

Test the control pamel for power in, it is an orange wire.

I have a 2001 aurora (but it is not here right now) but I am almost positive that the owners manual has a procedure for programming the doors to work different ways depending on how you program it-look in your owners manual, it has something to do with your being able to 'customize' for individual drivers. If you look at the back of your key fob, it has a '#1" or #2' on it-that is so that different drivers have the ability to program how the mirrors, radio, heater/climate control, seats and door locks work when the fob module get that particular signal.

look through the owners manual it will give you a break down of fuse pannel what fuses protect what circuits also check if door lock or windows work on any other door if they work then it is not a fuse and will be directly related to main combination switch on door try this first

very likey the window motor is defective, pull the door panel and test it.

If you can operate the other windows and lock at each door then basically it's only the drivers side that wont operate anything is that right? If so it's the switches in the drivers side door

look for a 30 amp circut breaker in location # 62 in the power distribution box in the engine compartment
