...it's not a wise decission to remove the thermostart...when you still use the original fan to cooling the radiator...if you can change the fan to the electric fan which have many blades on the fan it will be much wise to cooler your 504 radiator....or you can bypass the electric fan not controlled by thermostart but by adding a switch to turn in on and off...offcourse you must turn the fan on and of manually...it's up to you....
